No I was not foolish enough to be scammed that way thankfully. However one day I logged in and the coins were missing. I saw there was a withdrawal made and got sr to give me the address they were sent to. However it seems somehow it was hacked.

Be VERY careful to use the correct SilkRoad login address, which IS http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion
If you use the tor SE "ixqik" to search for the SR login it will take you to a green "redirection page" which has the suffix " .to " affixed to the address
e.g http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion with " .to " added to the end. It will get you here BUT via a phishing site which will, well phish you :o

What I DO know is that I set up my whole account through that link UNTIL I just happenened to notice reading the forum, the correct url :o
Thank fuck I hadn't put any btc in there yet ..... so I just went to the correct site and set up a new account, and obviously changed everything, user nym, passwords, pin etc, and thanked my lucky stars I was still working out PGP so I hadn't worried about putting money in the account coz I didn'y know how to send a vendor my details 'safely' :o 8) lolol ::)

Oh believe me I did enough research months before actually creating an account and on the bonus, I was introduced by friends who taught me a few things, just met Lucy yesterday on V-Day :) Still haven't gotten any BTC, but my friends are pretty dope :D I just thought I'd post this and see how well the community works together and at the very least spark conversation. :)
