a simple search ( type 'pgp tutorial' in the search box @ top right of screen and click 'search') reveals more than 500 posts- if thats not what you are looking for refine and research - i think it has been covered

Also SR wiki has section for pgp ( SR main page bottom right)
also once you decide what software to use - i recommend- look on their main site for tutorial- or jfgi

edit- sorry forgot to add i recommend gpg4usb- great tutorial on their site
