Title: Warning on SR front page?

Wondering why there is a warning on SR front page instead of emails that are usually sent out?
It states, "CLICK HERE FOR AN IMPORTANT SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENT."

Maybe because there's a lot more info in the forum thread that you should read than could be put into a message.
