Anyone know how i can get the bridges i enter into TOR to be saved so that when i log on next time i don't have to re-enter them?

I was going to save a bunch on a text file and then just pull from that list whenever I connected. I have not actually done it yet, but I see no problem with this. When using bridges, tails only prompts you to enter bridges when you try to connect to the internet. So you have time to open up a txt file beforehand with a list of bridges and just copy+paste.
What is a good amount of bridges to have at any given time? Are there any preferred settings with bridges other than the default? Also, am I able to set preferences to connect to bridges that are only in a given continent?
