Title: Need help importing pgp key.... something strange is going on

So... I have done a few good transactions with this vendor... had his pgp key on my ring... went to encrypt my addy to send to him... and he claims he cant read it or im sending him the wrong one or something... So i tried importing his key again.... and it didnt pop up, his old one was still there so i deleted it.... then imported the one on his profile page and it still wont pop up is says 1 public key read 0 imported... So im clueless..... I asked him to get a new key, or maybe i should start a new key? but how does that work would i have to reinstall all that shit or just get a new key some how ? any help would be great!
