Title: How to get PGP

I am just wondering, what would be the best program to download for PGP and how would you download it? (use your own internet or?)
Excuse my ignorance but I'm yet to find a good PGP guide

If you're on Windows (or 32 bit Linux), try the tutorial linked in my signature. It's worked for hundreds of other people.

You can download GPG4USB over Tor.

Or Just google Kleopatra, for windows anyway
