Here's my idea:
you put in a fake username, password, and pin.
username:isuckdicksalikeasses
password:i@tlike!d1cksfor^ihireWhioR
pin:1337331337331337331337
it could slow down the phinishing websites

Doing that would not slow down the phishing websites, it would just take 10 seconds out of your life that you will never get back..

I also have an idea. Realize that we are on an illegal website where a LOT of money is exchanged, and it is everyone's job to use common sense and pull their heads out of their asses before the haphazardly enter their login info. And I'm not even going there about entering the PIN.

use an os on a usb stick like tails or liberte
then bookmark the damn proper website in the bookmarks of the browser... u will never have a problem
theres no way i\d ever end up googling the sr addresses.. what a risk activity! imagine the newbies trying to find sr with a google search! ouch!

and be sure you don't go on what may look like a new site... ALWAYS use PGP... If the pgp is wrong there isn't any, put fake stuff in to sliow down the fake site...

Yeah I heard that idea before. Too much time and for no effect any way.

Would be funny to put in stupidly rich vendors fake details..
User: SuperTrips
Pass: SuperRich123
haa.. imagine the Ugandan's face when they seen those details! Monies!!!!!
But.. in a sense he does have a point? Think these fake logins use POST data so it would be pretty easy to make a script that could generate SR users (with a list) and generate fake and random passwords, would be hard for them to differ but in the same token it won't actually stop the website.
Wonder how good their hosting is? Another script could fill their txt document with loads of bogus data and overload their bandwidth..

Best way is to memorize the mainsite's onion url and have different passwords on the forum and the mainsite.
I have memorized the onion url of the mainsite and always log on the forums through the link found in the foot of the site.
It's not that hard to memorize seriously.

I agree, I use the same methods as above.
But this case is referring to fake "vendor" log in page. Unless DPR releases a signed statement on the silkroadvb5piz3r url or on these forums then never use any other link. Simple!
