im kinda fucked up and i just accidentally went onto a clearweb site in the tor browser and entered in some personal details... how fucked am i?
-
I don't know, you gave us no details.
-
how could i explain it any better?

You're fine most likely. In order to be used against you, the clearweb site would have to be subpeonad or working for LE and then they would have to immediately subpoena the ISP of the exit node and do a real-time wiretap (because TOR exit nodes don't keep logs) to trace what else you could be looking at. Onion sites are encrypted end to end so there's no way they could see what's going on there (same for clearweb with HTTPS, though they may be able to which websites you're accessing but not the content) and even in the unlikely scenario where all these things happen, it still wouldn't prove anything because multiple users can be using the same exit node at a time and you can simply say it was another user.
Unless of course when you say "went onto a clearweb site in the tor browser and entered in some personal details" you meant you logged onto your local police station's website and sent an email like:
Hello Srgt. Pigfucker
I'm writing to inform you that I'm receiving a large shipment of narcotics to:
123 Dumbass Lane
Fucksville, NJ
My name is John Chokesondick. 5'8" black hair, blue eyes
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Then you might be kinda fucked
-
Did you do anything illegal on that site?
Did you do anything that could link you to illegal activity (eg, mentioning Silk Road)?
If no, you'll be fine.
-
You are not too fucked so don't worry about it.
You have any idea just how hard it is to see what people do on tor. You would have to be very naughty indeed for anyone to try. So unless you are a drug kingpin, distributing cp or a terrorist you can relax.
-
Yeah people are often WAY to paranoid around here. Not to say that you shouldn't be very very cautious. But really, even if you ordered 1/2 of heroin from a DEA agent online, if you haven't sent any money and haven't received any heroin, there is no real crime for the to arrest you for.

What scares me most, it's mine address and the same name too....!!!

You're fine, so long as you're not a big time dealer with the cops already monitoring you, in which case you'd be fucked anyway.
Chill out, smoke a J and just be more careful next time.
