Title: TOR - No script/ Java - Drop down menus - Captchas etc.....
Post by: KeyserSoze on February 11, 2013, 07:06 pm
I have a limited knowledge of No script/Java and TOR but for some sites you need to load captchas or select stuff from drop down menus, and with TOR and no script, it makes
some websites impossible to use. Even with no script disabled and the pages reloaded some captchas dont load, or the drop down menus dont work.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.
I can PM you specific pages if you wish.

That shouldn't happen if NoScript is completely disabled.

Do you mean that NoScript is enabled but you've whitelisted the site? It's possible if the menus and other page elements are being loaded from a domain that you haven't whitelisted, then that JavaScript won't run.

Thats what I thought. Even with no script disabled completely, the drop down menus wont work. I also tried allowing each blocked object individually and that wont work either.
