I think your best chance of expressing how you feel is in the vendors review thread. They most often list it on their profile.

Hope that helps.

I think there is no way to go back and chage a finalized review on SR.

Account (at top of page) -> View Feedback (on right side of page)

You can edit the feedback from there.
