I mean specialised in the content not visible to non-tor and the such users. are there any?

The point of darkweb/deepernet is that search engines can't look inside easily. I reckon you find such sites by knowing the right folks, but I think there's also a wiki that acts as a kind of nexus for Tor sites, which I imagine is as close you'd get to a deepernet search engine.

patashnik is right, a crawler of onion domains, while technically possible, would be difficult to implement.
