HI i'm a new one and i have to talk with someone who talks italian or is an italian guy to have some information

Like I said, you'll probably have more luck finding Italy specific info on getting bitcoins on the Italian subforum of bitcointalk.org. Only problem is you can't create an account over Tor. There are a few solutions to that. You could point your TorBrowser at a web proxy and hope you get an IP address that isn't blocked. After you create an account, then you can access that forum over Tor.
Alternatively, you could access it over clearnet. Just don't use the same username as you have here, and don't mention Silk Road (I know some stupid people do, but you shouldn't).
BTW, the title of this thread looks like a singles ad. :)
