The account has been purged from our system. There are no records of it, there is no account for you to log into, and there is nothing we can do to help you. I'm really sorry but you'll have to buy a new account if you want one.
That is the reply i got from SR support when I could not log in to my account.. I stopped using the account around a year ago, and now that I can sell again, I cannot log in!
What does purged even mean? Has anyone experienced this?
I paid hundreds for the account and now cant use it..

Purged means to rid through cleansing. So they probably went through their database and "purged" all the accounts that were inactive for a couple months or more? Idk, thats just a guess but it seems like thats what happened. If it is what happened, then your old account was basically deleted :(

Yeah that sounds about right.. Seems unfair though, as I paid 300 for it. Im being told that I have no option but to buy another account :(
-
Yeah, I think they remove accounts if you don't log in for 5 or 6 months. Sucks for you, because vendor accounts cost $500 now.

On SR, Im sure you can make that $500 back in no problem. So regardless, its a good investment :o

1 year ago vendor accounts cost $150. Why did you pay $300 for a vendor account?
