I've seen packs take up to 3 weeks before from EU to US, mostly 10-15 days.

I've had a pack take 25 days from the EU, its not unusual, especially around xmas.

Oh and you know netherlands and poland are part of europe right? ;)

In the weeks before Christmas, it's not unreasonable to take twice as long. There are a lot of parcels going through the post right now.

Ive had mail from usa to europe take 3 weeks and not at christmas. In my head i imagined they had it sat on someones desk for a couple of weeks in US customs thinking what the fuck is this , but finally just let it go.

and Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Austria,Germany,Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Slovenia. Sure I mist one but its early....
And yes, certainly in this time of year 15/20 days are no exception. And lots get lost as well.
I've sent and it arrived EU/USA 6 days, also already had it in resolution for 5 days and it showed up.
A lot go through easier as well because they cannot check so much without slowing every thing down.

Ive been waiting for a legitimate package from the UK to Southeast USA since it supposedly shipped on the 11th.  Im not sure how they shipped it, but it was supposed to be a Christmas present and i still haven't gotten it, kinda pissed.

I have never had to grant extensions, but my USA -> Europe parcels are dogging right now. They're usually there in 3-5 business days, it's been a couple weeks now :(

I normally get my mail from Europe to West Coast US in anywhere from 4 to 8 days before Xmas - waiting on a pack from NL right now at 18 days but still not worried. Still, it's depressing to check my mail, discard all the Xmas cards and overlooking the Xmas gifts for the package of drugs I'm waiting on... ;)

I've had a package take 19 days from the UK to US.  Customs can be a bitch sometimes, especially during the holidays.

I think my sarcasm was lost in transition...

If you read what he wrote he says that his netherlands and poland mail got their quick but his european mail is taking awhile, didn't make sense to me...

12 days at this time of year is nothing. I would not worry about it. Wait till after xmas and you will get it.
