Title: Who receives SR Support messages? Why suspend a reputable vendor account?

DoctorRX had a 99 rating. I order from him once a week. Now he's been suspended, likely due to a jealous vendor clicking "report this vendor."

Do SR Support messages go to a black hole? I know several people have sent messages to support to report that this is a reputable vendor with a great rating, and we don't get any responses. I want to place more orders with this guy. That's more money for SR, and more money for this great vendor.

Did you get an email address for him before the suspension? Always good to get out of band contact details.

I still have contact with him, but that is not the point. SR Support is ignoring messages and this guy was suspended for no reason AFAIK. He had a 99 vendor rating and was always a perfect vendor for me.

However, he did have lower prices than everyone else, which makes him a target. This, along with the new "report this vendor" button does not seem coincidental to me.

I really, really hope that button is not automated in any way.

I got a response from SR Support after posting this. Guess this thread can be closed now.
