Title: Unable to connect to vendors' forums
Post by: chinacat39 on December 21, 2012, 03:02 am
Could somebody please help ASAP??!! When I first registered with SR, I was always able to connect to vendors' sites and add what I wanted to my cart. Not only can I not connect to vendors anymore - I always am required to re-login, which never succeeds - I cannot access my cart! I can't even purchase what I picked out yesterday! What's going on? Do I need to change the settings on the Tor browser?

By "vendor's sites" I assume you mean the main market place.  Were you using this link?

silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

Did you try to access it by clicking on the link on Wikipedia? Because that was changed to a phishing site a few days ago.

Hi Astor-

Thanks for replying. Yes, I am using the link you provided directly from SR, not from Wikipedia.
As I explained, after I open the link, the site requests me to login again. This login always fails. What puzzles me is that when I first registered with SR I didn't have this problem. It was only after I placed some things in my cart that this started.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. By the way, what is the PGP code thing you mentioned?
