My account was phished about 1 day ago and I need Silkroad Support to lock it immediately so I don't lose my funds - over 16 bitcoin. Can I possibly make an emergency request or is it already too late?? Thanks!!

Unfortunately the most likely scenario is that moments after you entered your PIN the funds were transferred out of your account. SR Support are sure to be swamped at the moment, and they deal with messages on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Thank you very much for your reply. Do you know anyone on the forum that is part of sr staff to contact for further insight?

Why why why don't people just bookmark the fucking site.

raveface, create a new SR account and contact them through that.

Thanks for the input, I managed to get my account back, but my coin ($200) was stolen! This is not the first time I've fell for phishing scams, but I thought that the URL from the sr Wikipedia article which is LOCKED would be reliable. I'm furious but I understand it was my mistake for not familiarizing myself with these problems. I only can hope someone fries this fucking guy's nuts off.

This is rather important: was it WIKIPEDIA (www.wikipedia.org), or the SR WIKI? If it was wikipedia, then whatever, that's a problem with the wikipedia guys. If it was the SR Wiki, that's very scary, because yes -- it's locked.
-
it was for sure www.wikipedia.org, I wonder if it's possible to track the fucker that made the edit since it was a locked article.

Jesus.... tell me you didn't get here by clearnet via wikipedia? You using onion.to or regular Tor? I like Wikipedia, but it's editable. I think Hidden Wiki OTOH is locked, as said above. Either way, you got real unlucky. I would not suggest drilling down from TorDir at http://dppmfxaacucguzpc.onion.to/ as it always times out for some reason when you pull ^ the SR addresses, and more importantly, doesn't even list the correct URL. Also, for some reason it launches from onion.to, even if you are currently on Tor. Parenthetically, it is run by the same person who runs BMR, hence the sole link on the main page.
Correct URL for Silk Road is silkroadvb5piz3r.onion. Once you get there I'd recommend bookmarking it and ONLY load up this way in future. Bastards won't be a problem if this is done.
