So I made an order with a vendor about 2 weeks ago, it's shipped domestic and stuff coming from this vendor usually arrives in 3 days, however, a lot of envelopes from them haven't reached customers. Communication was very slow, but I figured they're busy so there was no need for me to get mad about that. We've worked something out and they're sending me half of the product, not totally satisfying but it works for me. My problem is that my order is going to auto-finalize in 2 days, I've made a resolution to extend the due date by 10 days and nothing has been done about it. I've asked the vendor if they can do something with the resolution or help with this in anyway, but as I said, the communication is very slow and I don't think I'll get a reply in time.
Is there any way an admin or someone in SR Support can extend this for me by 6-10 days? It's just enough to be sure I receive the reship so I can leave honest feedback. I trust the vendor so I'm not going to immediately leave negative feedback. I can provide order info etc to support via message if needed. Thanks, really need some kind of help quickly.

Probably, but you won't get that help here. You need to make a request on the main site.

Hi,
I don't think your order can autofinalize when you asked for a resolution, are you sure you properly used this feature ?
You should really avoid autofinalization, it will fuck your autofinalize rate. I don't know how this rate is supposed to work but I have let an order autofinalized 6 months ago, I didn't really paid attention because it was only a 5$ sample. Now I still have an autofinalize rate of 1% although I am on SR since more than a year and over 50 flawless transactions.
