My opinion:
ivgotu41, look i totally understand you have a vendetta with collapses over an alleged BTC transaction.
Since I am not SRM Staff, I don't have readily available access to look into said transaction.
But I am a man of common sense and level head and you posting this topic more than once is spam so I'm locking this thread and any others I see on this topic except the one in Rumor Mill. You may contact via PM if you would like to discuss this further.
Also if you had said transaction with collapses, then you obviously have a transaction code in history page on the Silk Road Marketplace.
This shows when it happened, how much should have been moved and all the details to prove or disprove either of you guys as being correct.
If you did this transaction out of escrow then you didnt follow SR guidelines and sadly you are out of luck. If you did do it according to guidelines then SR support will fix the situation in a timely manner by presenting them in a PM the transaction number. They can compare that with the date and look into both accounts and see it anything occurred or if this entire scenario is a farce.

MY FAULT REALLY FOR GOING OUTSIDE SR BUT I WENT ON HIS 100% STATS AND ALL THE COMMENTS.
That says it all really. I am still blown away with the amount of buyers who will do anything to secure that "great deal", including paying anonymous people on the hidden web prior to any goods arriving (in effect, Finalizing Early) because they are a "trusted vendor", not realizing just how stupid that is prior to actually placing an order. ???

There are now 10 threads on this topic and my reputation has been severely maligned without a single substantive accusation being made. What am I defending myself from? I have been in business for a year and a half with a perfect reputation. What is my incentive to trash my business for 200 pounds?

Sorry to hear that collapses. +1 to help lift your spirits. :) On face value, if it's not a disgruntled customer it could well be one of your competitors, which if true, is really sad. I know Nomad had a go at him, and rightly so, for posting the same identical thread in a variety of topics, which as Nomad pointed out, is the definition of Spam. Glad you've made your point and cleared up your side of the story for others to read. Hope you've reported this to the Mods, although with only a handful of posts, he is likely to just start a new account if the other one is deleted.

Thank you for the support. I actually believe that this person did lose his money with someone via tormail using my identity. I have never corresponded with him EVER. End of story. No established vendor is stupid enough to bring this kind of drama to his reputation for a truly pathetic amount of money. Yet even though this guy is clearly a clown, it is enough to permanently damage my business. So it goes. I don't do drugs but maybe now is the time to start ;).

You aren't the only vendor in that position. Someone is watching the site, the forums, and registering names on tormail as fast as they can to claim every "legitimate" name they can.

This person was scammed by someone outside of SR and he has been spamming this board repeatedly to discredit me. I have been a vendor here for over a year and a half and I have never dealt with this person. I have done a thousand transactions and am one of the oldest, most reputable and consistent vendors on this site. Can someone please intervene and mediate this bullshit PLEASE.
