Hi Guys,
It has been around a week or so since i last logged onto my SR account as i left it for a while to calm down with the slow servers and now its just refreshing every single time i log on.
I know i am typing my information in correctly as it is the same information i have always used and i have tried with the capcha about 20-30 times now.
Is there a way to recover Silk Road accounts if for some reason the information has been changed or anything along these lines.
Please Help :)

Same here :( The strange thing is .I'm not getting a "log in failed, please try again" error message.

It's just gone down for a bit or something - I wouldn't worry.
Was browsing about 10mins ago, then it got slow. And now the same issue - just give it time

Seems its just a minor glitch / downtime as i cannot register either it just refreshes

Browsing as normal then chucked me out. Now every time i try to log in, it appears to just refresh log in screen for me. Straight back to log in again and again.
Probably something minor.

SR admin must be doing maintenance. im glad i aint the only one who couldnt log in in the past 30 minutes or so
i was online for past hour or so today and then suddenly past 5 minutes, when i try to log in, it just refreshes and a new captcha code pops up.
i dont get a invalid log in message, it just goes back to blank log in details.
ill try again in an hour or so i guess.

I don't think anyone can log in right now. Some kind of bug it seems. Just chill, smoke some weed, and try again a little later. 8)

Yeah seems it's a global bug , database must be unavailable or something , I'm sure they will get it sorted a.s.a.p . .

I have the same Problem.First i was shocked because i think my Account
was Hacked :( Sooo perfekt puchasing stats and orders actually !
How can i change the Password,maybe it works then... ?!

Nah don't keep trying to log in man. The server (I assume it's in Antartica or somewhere like that) is going to get overloaded and it might cus more problems. I'm just gonna chill and let them handle their shit. They HAVE to know what they are doing.

This login etc problems are becoming a regular occurrence,
This is the fourth Friday in a row i have been unable to get
On to sr for one reason or another.
It is little wonder so many vendors from SR have now started
vending On BMR
I am looking for alternatives now myself as you can not possibly
run a business from somewhere you cannot even gain access to
with any consistency.

I think SR may be under attack. Damn hackers christ dont these people have anything better to do with their lives? Thats just it I guess, they have no lives. Ive found Silk Road is down more than they are up laltely.

Had this earlier but got on after a while, pumped in some btc and placed some orders i had really been looking forward to. Now its happening again. And the word "karma" have ironically appeared in the captcha several times since like the Internet is some kind of mean bully stealing my lunch money and telling me not to do drugs. Guess the vendors cant get in neither and process the orders.
Lets hope its just overload, people will stop stressing and things will go back to normal. This makes me think of those black friday videos of people storming shopping malls running each other over and even killing each other just to get the best discounts...

Hate to say "me too" but...me too :-\
That said, was fine for hours earlier today.
And I think if it was a DDOS, we wouldn't even get a site connection, wouldn't even see the login dialogue.
All part of the SR fun it seems, nothing fatal.
Update: what do I know? It is indeed a DDoS.

Nah, not a bug at all, DDoS as per the announcement on this forum. I'd chill if I had a little something from SR to help me to! ;)
