@mracid I haven't used Liberte, but if you're on Linux, go to Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal Type in:  gpg --import and hit enter. You'll see a flashing cursor. Paste the public key there. Hit enter again so you're on a blank line, then CTRL + D.
