If you mean that no one has ever been identified and busted through a technical attack on Tor or SR, or a statistical attack on the block chain, you'd be correct, but the idea that no SR vendor or user has ever been busted is ludicrous. There are published news articles linking people to SR. Vendors and buyers live in the real world, where packages can be intercepted. 20 grams of MDMA is not a trivial amount. That's 200 doses. I wouldn't say that OP has no reason to be worried.

Yeah, especially if you visit the site daily like most vendors, you should have the address memorized. It's not that hard. Repeat it in your head for 20 minutes and you'll know it.

How did you get to the phishing site? Was it the Wikipedia link?

If there are a cluster of controlled deliveries of his packages that would be highly unusual and his shipping is probably being watched. It would be a good idea to find some other people who purchased / received from him recently and cross notes.

As for OP's question, I don't know what amount of drugs get LE interested in a controlled delivery in Canada.
