This issue is with how check.torproject.org detects your TBB version. Sometimes they forget to update it or there's a bug in how it detects the version.

It usually gets fixed within a few hours but sometimes not for a few days.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. Unless there is a critical security vulnerability -- which in this case there isn't -- if your old (or new) TBB is working fine, just use it.

giovani78, you might want to check that there are FIVE dashes before and after the BEGIN and END lines in the PGP block. It's the most common mistake. The vendor may have copied the block with only four dashes at the beginning or end, and you would need to manually add the dashes to make a valid PGP block.

This has actually happened. After much frustration, I told one person to count the dashes and they realized there were only 4 and manually added the last one and the message decrypted. Of course, the problem could be lots of other things, but that's a start.

I have a personality disorder, been confirmed and reconfirmed for 11 years by many psychologists and psychiatrists called Borderline Personality Disorder....it makes it near impossible when I am untreated for me to control my impulses, and I do 100% mean what I say when I say it, but don't realize that it is attention seeking or that I am trying to push people away or whatever.  So when I say I took an overdose, then I actually did.  I don't really have a whole lot of control when I get in that frantic state of mind, and I do make posts or phone calls to people that are attention seeking, but not intentionally, if that makes sense?  I don't have an active control or awareness of these behaviors. Someone very close to me has borderline personality disorder, and that sounds spot on, the whole lack of control of impulses thing.

Actually, a lot of stalkers have BPD, which is neither here nor there. Well, it's sort of relevant to me. She used to threaten suicide all the time too, and you can never be sure how serious they are about that.

There's also a high correlation between drug abuse and mental illness, ie people with existing psychiatric problems self-medicate with illicit drugs, so it shouldn't be surprising if such people are overrepresented in this community.

BTW, if you watch some of William Binney's talks, most notably the one he gave recently at 29C3, he talks about how the NSA gives *billions* of dollars in political kick backs to their favored contractors, and spend billions of dollars where they could have spent a few million (such as on his data analysis system). The NSA doesn't make the most efficient use of the resources that they have.

There are several things wrong here.

First, you need to remove all the blank lines from your key, otherwise your recipients will need to do it manually in order to import it. There should be only one blank line, between the Version line and the first line of garbled text. It should look like this:

You should use a name associated with your forum or SR identity. Using random names in your keys makes life a lot harder for people, including vendors, who store a lot of keys.

Third, your key has no encryption subkey. That makes me question the PGP program that you used.
