What's the consensus on Liston? Is this new vendor Liston?

I never saw his age. Does it look like him? And if he was so bad, wouldn't he try to hide himself?
I don't have a buying acct. I'm so cautious. A buddy will buy for me, then send to me. And he goes to a PO Box under a false name. So I read about that threat thing...

So here's the full scoop; I had mostly great experiences with Liston and one glaring fuck up.
I ordered 150 bars from him on a listing saying it shipped from the USA. All of his previous shipments had made it to me from somewhere in the States (a few different locations), and fairly quickly. Long story short? That order that was SUPPOSEDLY A DOMESTIC LISTING shipped from overseas and took almost a full two weeks to get to me. OBVIOUSLY unacceptable. But that was really my only bad experience with him out of ~a dozen deals.
However, if he *is* actually saving peoples info, that's fucked up. Now, who knows if that's actually true or he was just melting, but either way, he said it, so that's not exactly comforting, but again, I had nothing but good experiences overall except for that one shady thing with the package shipping from somewhere it shouldn't have.

Yes, they're probably the same person. Liston's original account was banned due to saving buyer info and threatening to set a buyer up to be busted by DEA.
Now it looks like he's back, which is fine as long as he doesn't scam anyone or threaten anyone or break the very few rules that SR has.

Yes it is the same person. Same profile, same products. I emailed him to see if I could get the product that he owes me and he admitted it was him. I told him I would act as if he never existed if he would send me what he owed me when he was banned and I would make no further reports on here or to SR Admins. He admitted it was him. He even has the same signature on his emails.
So the proof is once again in my inbox. He is the same scammer, who had me go outside escrow, ripped me on my product which was sent from the UK when it was clearly marked US to US and contained a third of my order that was crushed to almost all powder, then when I told him to make it right or I would leave bad feedback, he admitted that he had my, and presumably all of his customers information and if I didn't leave him alone he would send cocaine from outside the US in a very suspicious package, contact customs, DEA and my local LE and give them my name and address and the tracking information.
I am thankful for Libertas and Scout for how they helped me with guidance on contacting SR Admin and before that contacting DPR and telling them to expect a support ticked from me.
Why is he allowed to just alter his name and get a new account?
Couldn't buyers just start one account after another and scam a vendor or two until they are banned, then start another one, then another and so on until they were swimming in free or half price products?
Why is this allowed?
He had threatened me before, but that was through email and I couldn't really prove anything, then he went on SR and did it.
Oh yeah, DID I MENTION THAT HE IS THE SAME PERSON AND HE ADMITTED TO IT IN A MESSAGE THAT IS IN MY SR INBOX?
Then he accused me of threatening him for asking for what he owed me. He proves by his grammar that he is uneducated. His actions prove he has no common sense or ethics. He doesn't belong here.

I was the VICTIM of his threats, but we are all victims when you look at his business ethics and that he admittedly keeps his buyers info, presumably so he can quiet them if there is a problem.
I am still terrified that I will go to my box, see a foreign package and get swarmed and go to the big house over this little shithead.
Why is this allowed?

Why do you keep harassing him? you already cost him 500 for a new vendor account.. he never told you he has your address he said he would send shit to you to scare you.. maybe so youd leave him alone.. liston is the shit!! and if you went outside of escrow thats your problem... liston has best prices and super stealth domestic xanax bars! just let it go...

I am not going to let it go! He threatened me. You think he is honest, then he proves that he keeps buyers info by threatening me. Wish you could have seen the emails.
1. HE ASKED ME TO GO OUTSIDE OF THE ESCROW SYSTEM, WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE
2. HE SAID HE HAD MY NAME AND ADDRESS AND THREATENED TO SEND COKE TO MY HOUSE AND GIVE ALL THE LE AUTHORITIES MY INFO.
3. HE SENT APPROXIMATELY 1/3 OF MY ORDER FROM THE UK WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY MARKED US TO US. I DON'T DO CUSTOMS
4. FROM WHAT THE SR ADMINS READ OF HIS EMAILS THEY DETERMINED THAT HE DOES KEEP BUYERS INFO, THREATENS THEM, AND SCAMS THEM.
BOTTOM LINE: SR ADMINS READ OUR EMAILS AND HIS ASS GOT BANNED!

I have left three vendors less than a 5/5, two of them were banned and the other is probably going to be if his stats continue to drop as he is sending out bunk product.

My question is this:
If a vendor gets banned for violating rules and threatening customers, can he just open a new account and admit it was him? See, I emailed him to ask for what he owed me and he admitted he opened a new account. He asked, "Are you threatening to have me banned again?"
If so, can buyers do that as well?
If so, how long until SR is just a ripoff market?

I was just wondering about this after seeing Listonishere on SR, i thought..."no it cant be" but just like IRL if you pay your debt to society you are free to do as you please. He paid his debt 500 'debt' and now is back on the road.
I am sorry you were scammed but that's the way it is when youre out of escrow. Just buy some more pills, flip em and before you know it you will re-coup your losses.

I wanted a larger custom order, he told me to get the small order and send the rest directly to him. Not only did he ship to the wrong country, he has narced me out. I got the letter today. He has had his boy in FL contact my home with threats.

So SR Admin suspended his account because he told me he would get me busted, give all LE my name and tracking into, and since he paid his 500 bucks, he is free to get on here an sell again?
And tryintomake it, you are either liston or enjoy the taste of his loads. I began complaining in late April about getting ripped and you have visited ever post and defended him saying I was full of shit. Then when he got banned you said he was ok too. Now he is a know narc who admitted in SR messages, read by Admins and you say its fine as long as he paid to get back on? Can am admitted narc who saves customers names, addys, and threatened them just pay and be ok in your book?
He did me right too for many orders and about 1.5K, but as soon as he fucked up he ripped me off, threatened me, had someone look up my addy and call my house from FL and now I got my seizure letter.

Well today, I checked my PO and I had a seizure letter. Customs simply put a small envelope containing a large about of diazapam.
I am SURE IT WAS liston because I NEVER order overseas because customs doesn't need a warrant and its not safe, from what I read, to do non-domestic when domestic is available.
He told me he would do it on SR And the Admins banned him. He sent me emails telling me my home address, and today he had his boy in FL call me and asked if it was worth stepping on Liston's toes.
How is there a debt, he paid when he admitted he would narc me out? Is it ok to keep your customers info and use it against them rather than give a refund after you rip someone off/make a mistake or whatever, then tell them to get over it and or you will have them in deep shit with the law?
