there are 4/5 people saying they have on his feedback thread, he said he is gonna reship mine but i didnt get back to him cause ive been out of town because of real life
everything lately has gotten so... odd.

Basically, the situation is that USDirect's reships and refunds are clearly turning out to be a Milkshake that turned out to be a dick in the ass.

They can't. 200 billion packages are handled, per year, by USPS. If every man, woman, and child inspected one package per day in the US they still wouldn't be able to keep up with the flow of mail. it's usually either just shit luck or a shit packing job that gets a package stopped up. Either that or you've been doing the exact same thing for a long time and your packages have been profiled or address flagged in their computer system.

And on this esgal situation.. seems a bit suspicious that he was reselling USDs coke and as the latter gets outed the former gets busted. I believe in coincidence but it gets to a point where you just have to say it how you see it.

If esgal was legit, she just ruined her reputation by "selling" usd's coke. There is obviously a happy connection there. I got ripped off $420 dollars from USD, but thankfully I did find out who he is and where he lives!!!!!! YAAAAAAAA! I can't wait to go on vacation to his state(which I've never been too!), and spending some quality time making things right. USD messed with the wrong Russian Hombre here. I hope it was worth it USD, BECAUSE YOU'LL BE PAYING ME BACK IN MORE THAN JUST CASH OR PRODUCT. Thank you to the folks here on SR who's combined efforts led me to him. I'm going to create a sellers ID soon and will contact you for a free eighth of high quality medical marijuana... Enjoy! ;D

I ordered from USD Monday April 30th... and since then, i have not received any reply messages, either to my tormail or SR PM's.. all USD has done is post threads bitching about his bitcoins being stolen... and i dont even think he's replied to any of those posts since Thursday the 10th... so as far as i know, he's Missing In Action.. or just said 'fuck it' to the whole thing and gone off line completely.

I ordered from USD Monday April 30th... and since then, i have not received any reply messages, either to my tormail or SR PM's.. all USD has done is post threads bitching about his bitcoins being stolen... and i dont even think he's replied to any of those posts since Thursday the 10th... so as far as i know, he's Missing In Action.. or just said 'fuck it' to the whole thing and gone off line completely.
They weren't even HIS bitcoins! They were the coins getting finalized from us that were in his account. He didn't lose shit and he knows it, or else he wouldn't have posted earlier that he was waiting on bitcoins to clear to re-up. No matter now, he's been found!

No offense but I think for 420 dollars you should just let it go. More likely than not this is a big bluff but IMO this really not worth your time nor your effort. Just my two cents ;D

i think people are coming to the reality that they arent getting either coins or product from USD.. he hasnt had a post in over a day, he's not responded to any emails or PM's... and im not the only one..
perhaps some of the people are getting half their order from the 4/20 sales... but anything after that... its a total loss..
his vendor page was removed.. and he's been awol since then....
sooooooo with that being said, i would be pretty fucking surprised if ANYONE gets anything they ordered from him the last week of April.. (myself included)

This LE thing is total bullshit. Here is what happened: She got a couple oz of USD's coke. She sold it through SR and to outsiders. She ran out, and tried to re-up, and USD allegedly tried to scam her for a couple thousand. She couldn't re-up, but she kept her lists up trying to find a new source. That never panned out, so she figured fuck it, Ill just keep taking orders, business as usual. And then when I accumulate enough money to pay my debts, and take care of a few other things, I'll just take the money. She's not like that, but this life style is getting to her. She wants out, and why not make a few thousand in the process, she tells herself. But it sucks, because her conscience is eating her alive because she really feels the connection to the community. She did not originally attempt to scam, hence all the BS stories, but other things were more important than SR. Here is my advice Esgal: Take every cent of the few thousand that you made, and leave SR. DO NOT COME BACK. This life is not for you anyways. Quit bullshitting people, as you are dealing with serious stuff, and people have serious shit to worry about. Not this bullshit story made up to save your pathetic rep. That is beyond repair. Just leave, and don't come back.

The single thing I don't understand about USD's scam is this - If he was scamming then why would he come back on the forum and starting posting ridiculous SR conspiracy theories? Why pointlessly send $1000 in coins to Nomad? Couldn't he just create a different account anonymously if he was intending to continue selling here? I mean, I don't see tony on here saying DPR fucked him over etc because you just can't write that shit, it's too retarded to make up, so why didn't USD just walk away like a normal scammer? Anyway, not defending him(personally I think he was scamming as well), but could someone perhaps clear those things up for me.

The least esgal could do is refund 50% on larger/every order(s). It's not what anyone wants but you don't lose all of your money and if esgal is trying to make money because she got scammed out of 5000 $ I think she got enough money from all FE'ers.
I don't expect any of the above to happen, but it would be nice. I'm not hoping on it.

You need to think outside the box a little bit mate. Tony made a big score and left but USD didn't do that much so whilst he got a cash injection it would be worth his while to see if he could stay as well. Let's say he got 20K out of his little adventure, by giving a grand to Nomad he diverted attention from the fact he was scamming and DPR even offered him a free account. What does this do? It allows USD to scam, potentially get put in the clear because he sent a few packages out and then start again having lost almost no stock and only spending a G-note out of his dirty larcenous money pot so then he can come back and sell the same shit he had twice.

this is why i dont fucking FE anymore .... esgal told me i had to, i said 'fuck that'.. and went to another vendor.. good thing i did cause i was already burned bad by USDirect on his last scam.. lesson learned the hard way. no more FE ..

My first real burn here. I've been here 6 months or so and have FE'd on a couple in the beginning and it worked out fine. I was a little surprised esgal insisted, since my stats were good, but I did. All the recent FEs I saw when I ordered raised a flag but I didn't worry too much, considering his/her stats. If you're new you will likely have to FE early at one point. Don't just look at stats and read their feedback. Go to forums here and search their name.

Like volman, this is my first real burn here. Ordered on May 9th, FE due to vendors request, and no product. She does not respond to pm's. What' a gal to do?
