Am I missing something or has anyone seen 420 lately? Maximum legit!

something sketch happened and he ended up not sending out a number of orders. most people got refunded but still disappointing cause he hasnt been around since, for nearly two weeks
i had just placed my first order and am bummed cause it may be the last but the product was awesome quality. hopefully he gets things straightened out and can return

Hope everything turns out alright and they're able to get back up and running. Definitely one of the top vendors in my experience.

I liked 420med4u, but their pricing did not stay with the market. Perhaps they realized that with the current crop of vendors offering similar/better quality for much better prices, that their business model didn't make sense.

Prices seemed fine to me and form what I hear they are one of the few that offer connoisseur type quality. Maybe the prices were slightly steeper because they were actual quality.
Now if you want to talk about quality/pricing that doesn't make sense there are plenty of sellers who match that description. I really wanted to try them, their pictures always looked like real quality, I guess I'll never know for sure. This place needs MORE medical grade cannabis products, quality lacks severely.

Eh, I've had a couple of $100 quarters from 420med that weren't nearly as good as previous orders, and I stopped using them.
Then, contrast that with a vendor like Christy Nugs, who I get $270 ounces of bud ($150 halfs) that were better than any bud I ever purchased from 420med.
And the word is, some of the new vendors like Meganug, Norcal420Hookup, and StudyAid are putting out very high quality cannabis at appropriate prices.
If you're willing to wait for a package from Canada, Anarcho47 usually has really good deals on "AA" (would easily for better in the US), and really good quality "AAA" (his Jack Herer is famous on this forum).
Now if you want to talk about quality/pricing that doesn't make sense there are plenty of sellers who match that description. I really wanted to try them, their pictures always looked like real quality, I guess I'll never know for sure. This place needs MORE medical grade cannabis products, quality lacks severely.

You're the first person I know of on this forum who isn't able to find connoisseur quality cannabis on this website. Some vendors are better than others, but 420med was far from the best on the site, even when they were here. They were, however, excellent vendors in terms of packaging, shipping speed, communication, and they typically had top notch bud. But the prices were too high, and the bud too inconsistent.
The prices they charged did make sense...in the summer and fall of 2011. As more vendors come to SR, and the open market forces start to take effect, the price of quality bud has come down to the $150/280 for a half/full oz of AAA standard I'm currently seeing on the marketplace.

I agree with much of what you're saying and I'm also on here mainly in hopes of finding medical grade cannabis at around $50-70 an 8th. I can get this in real life, but often am limited to one strain, which is usually sativa dominant and I prefer indica.
Have you purchased from Study Aid, Norcal, Rook, or Happysmoke420?

I'm sorry, but if you can't find great bud on SR, you arent' looking very far. meganug, ChristyNugs, Norcal420, The Usual Suspects and OSO all are putting out great bud at good prices. There are others but I can't vouch first hand for them.

Yeah, really fire cannabis shouldn't be hard to find around here. I've only ordered from Norcal so far, and his Master Kush exceeded my expectations. Maybe the 3 month t-break I took beforehand helped a bit, but that was some of the strongest kush I've had in months. The second night I had it, I took 4 decent hits from the bong, and I was having CEVs when I was trying to sleep. Never happened to be me before in my life.

Well I have not tried everyone, so obviously that is why I am still here. Christy sounds great and I look forward to it but no bud to order as of now. Also norcal sounds great too, hoping to try him soon, I admit I have no excuse for not trying this person yet, but I will wait until he gets back from vacation. I have an order with meganug right now, but he also is out of bud at the moment. Usual suspect, OSO, Study Aid, Norcal, Rook, or Happysmoke420...I have no tried but Norcal, Christy, Study Aid are on the top of the list. Some of these sellers have auto finalize guidelines or other guidelines I don't like so it rules some out. Also some of those you might want to double check there are some posts/history of lower quality being sent.
We need more 'christys' around here! Can anyone argue that?
I always try to mention I haven't tried many vendors as of yet, but at what point do I give up and become discouraged? 5? 10? I apologize for not saying I haven't tried many. I have had many individual moms through emails who have sent me better bud than anything here and that was a 'one shot' for me, I've given this place 8 'shots' and have had only one product I thought was top notch and it isn't even being sold, it was a gift from a vendor.
I don't want 'great bud at great prices' I want the best bud at any price and I know I am in the minority; I just thought I could find it here, but I am sorry, I am still looking! I am not trying to be a bad customer, I don't care about shipping times, price, customer service I just want real medicine and safe shipping. Is this bad for a customer to want? I will ALWAYS leave a review and NEVER auto finalize or ask for a refund, EVER. I take my responsibilities as a buyer seriously, I wish I could say I felt the feeling was mutual. But chalk it up to SR inexperience.
I shall not give up just yet! As far as completely calling someone out, there are MANY reasons I would not do that. 1. I am under the impression if the product arrives, 5 stars PERIOD. 2. Many threats with info from sellers lately kind of scares me 3. My goal isn't to correct shitty sellers, I just want to find my product/niche 4. I am not trying to rain on anyone parade or be that customer, I am not hard to please unless I feel fooled for what I paid for.
Sorry for the long post, I don't want to sound ungrateful, just a little frustrated at the difficulty of navigating through BS. You guys are great and so is this place, I love the suggestions and it surely helps me continue to find 'the one'...I'm about to try delta (his bud is expensive but it looks truley medicinal) and meganug. That will bring me close to 10+ vendors tried. I think after than Aid, Christ, Norcal will be it. If I can't find it closing in on 15 vendors, I'll just stick to the 'concentrates', which I think SR has a fantastic selection of.

i've ordered from 420 4 times in the past, every time was the total nuts. perfect sized nuggs and top notch strain. hes hooked me up w multiple strains at one time, so maybe i've had 6 strains, and every strain was awesome. the vape exposes all strains for what they are. not to mention his packaging is a work of art. his shipping was always the exact same within 4 days. i'm sorry for those who claim to have gotten weak bud from him, maybe you picked a sucker strain. i would be shocked to receive anything but perfection from him and hope he comes back soon! 4200000

To be fair, it wasn't "weak", it just wasn't as good as some of his other batches. It could very well be a strain issue, but it's pretty clear that 420med isn't the grower, he's just reselling, and therefore you can get variance in quality.
I prefer to deal with vendors who grow or sell for a specific grower or two, rather than people who buy a few pounds and then sell it. The quality difference is very noticable.
BTW, THConnoisseur, I see on the other thread you finally found some quality dank. Congrats, about damn time. I still wish you would let me know the vendors you didn't like, even if you do it via private message.
