I'm a buyer, but I read the seller contract. I thought oh wow how this is broken in so very many ways. It's a good contract. A contract.

In what ways do you find it is being broken subdude? I have seen small examples like when VMM threatened to release a buyers name to LEO in exchange for feedback edits. Across the board however, I would say that most vendors stick to their side of the deal.

...what the?

If you are going to toss out a blanket statement with serious allegations, I would suggest at least one instance of actual supporting evidence is in order...

Never saw where he admits to saying that. I readonly 3 pages, though. But VMM denies it on the 1st page. Would like more proof.
Either way, makes me glad I don't deal with meth.

Well, that's about as fucked as it gets, but....Digital Alch said his account would be suspended, yet it is still active?

(OP) Despite my broadly defined analogy about contract in another thread for illustrative purposes, contracts stipulating performance of an illegal acts are unenforceable. So.... how and to whom would you argue breach of contract?
-
Just strolled through that thread about VMM....that's some intense and low shit....

It seems obvious that there can be no "legal" contracts regarding business on the Silk Road. The Seller's Contract is one of morality, and, like anything based in morals, is enforced by the community.
I believe elaboration on the original point is necessary. Is the contract itself broken, referring to its drafting and construction? Or rather is it that some vendors go about breaking that agreement?
