Most Reputable Lottery on Silk Road.
Congratulations to Reseller, 2xT4eB, and H0rr0r on winning the previous drawing.
As stated in the Silk Road listing. This lottery will be a percentage of the 'pot' lottery, as the ticket purchases go up the pot will grow.

Grand Prize 70%. --> Currently @ ~20 BTC and growing!
Second place 5%.
Runner up prize, 5 opportunities to win 1%.
15% will be held over for the pot for the next lotto. (As long as there is interest)
5% will be Administration fee.
5 BTC INSTA-PAY-OUT @ 300 Tickets! be one of the first and get a chance to snag an extra 5 BTC on top of other cash prizes! The forum will contain an unedited post containing a pgp message, encrypted in this post will be a randomly generated number. This will be the winning ticket #. As soon as the first 300 tickets have been finalized the private key and pass be posted. The winner can be revealed and they may then claim their prize.
All usernames will be entered in chronological order into a spreadsheet and assigning a chronological number to match (i.e. First ticket gets number '1' in the list, second gets number '2' on the list, etc.
I will post an updated table once per day with entrants beside their chronological number(s). After you have purchased check to see if your name has made it on the list - if it has, that means you are "confirmed" - and I will have marked the item "in transit" -and have been issued a ticket/number. You may finalize the transaction at this point. This draw will end at 0200 UTC On March 18. I will allow 3 hours for last minute entries to be finalized. After that I will post the screenshot of the random.org's random number generator's winning ticket pick(s), uploaded to the .onion uploader.
I will set up a 0.01 BTC listing for the winner's username to purchase. The username who purchases the winning listing must match the username on the ticket.
