What the heck SR why you put session based limiting on .... quit it now i can't even open like 4 tabs so i can respond to stuff quicker because 3 out of 4 give me too many connection attempts
kinda piss off really

Yeah it's shitty, but it makes sense from a potential attack perspective. The cost of safety I guses...

I agree with that in everything public, but in private voluntary associations it is the owner of the property (SR) who can dictate the terms for those using it. I think it's a smart move even though I'm cringing at how much longer it's going to take me to go through my PM's - the threat we are securing against is not esoteric and it is very real. It's direct violence.
Otherwise I would just buy a godaddy domain and set up a merchant account and start taking CC payments for pot...

I'll give you my credit card number on my next order.

Mito, please do not forget to credit whom you are quoting.

I don't have a CC processing merchant account, unfortunately. Maybe someday if I start operating something overseas.
On that quote: I thought mito came up with that all by himself ;)

I'm having trouble even accessing SR, even with different tor identities :-\

yes, im having trouble opening a few pm's at once so I can go thru and answer them, and with confirming shipments... if I do them in order some will say too many connection attempts. This is causing a workflow problem for me, maybe you could change the limit to a little bit quicker so I can get thru stuff quickly?

sql limitation would not even come close to stopping an attack anarcho47 i wont go into detail why because that in itself is a security risk
if anything it's just a bandaid to prevent hardware upgrades

For the record you can sign up for one with Square really easily if you have an iPhone... (although it would be a TERRIBLE idea for illegal sales obviously.)
