So, it's christmas again and of course on the 25th most people will be tucking in to their christmas dinners.

But, the question remains...

Brussels sprouts. Yes, or no?

Brussel Sprouts are the shit.

If you steam them to mild crisp done-ness, then toss into a hot pan and sear in butter and salt for a minute or two.  Throw into a bowl and pepper liberally and toss some oregano in there.
