So I am trying to deposit $150.00 into my Dwolla account from a Wells Fargo account. I currectly have 152.00 in my bank account. IF I go under 150.00, will the deposit be automactically canceled?

Depends on whether or not you have overdraft protection on your account.
Also, be prepared for about 3+ days for the money to be available in your Dwolla account.

This happened to me, and I incurred a $35 overdraft fee. I was paid via direct deposit the next day, however, so I don't know if that affected it in any way.

That depends entirely on what you have set up with your bank.
Usually, either way, the bank will let the transaction go through even if it puts your account into the red. If you have overdraft protection feeds added to your account, that's what it's for - when too much goes out and not enough comes in. If you don't they will almost alwaysa let the transaction go through if you have a decent banking history with them because they will ding you will a NSF fee for NOT having overdraft.
So I wouldn't worry about the transaction being cancelled, only that whatever you were going to buy on here is probably going to cost you an extra $35.00 :(
