I'm pretty sure we don't do that here. All the other counterfeiting threads have been shut down very quickly. Jeebus just sell drugs you will make the extra cash you need soon enough. :P

but yeah, I do believe counterfeit currency is a no-go according to the sellers' guide.

If we allow fake id's why not fake currency? I for one am all pro counterfeit money since it adds to the process of destruction of our current economy. And our current economy needs to be destroyed before a better and improved version can appear.

kind off agree with mitanox - but counterfeit money is not countereconomics, it's a crime with a victim AFAIK. So this is the reason it's not allowed here, I think.
Fake IDs are adding to your anonymity and thus a fair tradeoff. I think this is the reasoning here.

yeah, part of me would love to see counterfeit cash here,
but as where fake ID's only harm the state,
counterfeit cash will fuck over the person you pass the bills to...

Counterfeit cash will not fuck over the person you pass the bills to if its a good fake. For example id love to see the so called "Superdollars" sold here. If the cash is just as good as the one from the real printers then why not? Were then just helping inflation a bit...

heh, yeah you're right in theory.
I don't know anything about 'Superdollars' myself -
but, if the bills were good enough to pass to a business or a bank, it wouldn't hurt anyone.
SR had to draw a general line though,
and it wouldn't be feasible to allow only certain types of fake currency.

As much as I would like to see fake currency, it is a very bad idea to list fake Federal Reserve notes as this puts the Secret Service in high alert. You have to understand, in the US with >10 three letter agencies, one of them is dedicated to a) protect the president and b) protect the authenticity of the currency. That is what the Secret Service does, afaik. If I am mistaken please correct me, Americans.

Yes in addition to the FBI, DEA and ATF we also have the secret service that will become VERY interested in SR if we start to see counterfeit American currency on here. And yes their primary concerns are for the safety of the president and the eradication of counterfeit dollars and those that deal in them. That is scrutiny we don't need. I know this post was about British currency but still. Its against the rules for a reason.

you're correct about the secret service overseeing counterfeit,
but for anyone who has seen their investigations, you know -
basically, the last person in the chain who can't/won't pass the bad bill gets fucked.
the SS just confiscates the bad bills and that's about all.
not starting shit or anything though, I'm fine without counterfeit currency being allowed,
just conversing.
