I just got a message from the user, SR Customer Support.
He says we have to pay 10 bitcoin to renew the merchant account.
Give an account bitcoin
I get the impression that it is a scam, please confirm this

This is a scam from what I can see.  Unless SR himself posts something here, signed and verified, it's bullshit.
