Title: Help filling in blanks on ordering!>?
Post by: dipineagle on September 03, 2011, 03:48 am
Ok so check it out, I must first admit im definitly not as tech savy as it seems alot of members here are on silk road, but i am trying to learn and hope in time i will be as smart as you guys are.
So I want to make an order and though i used many different transactions in order to get things like say medications, through pharms in india using moneygram and western union, im not accustomed to how to use bit coins and dont want to Fick  up and just have a bunch of money disapear ya know?  So i am not looking to really sell anything to i just am wondering about the buying process.

Okay so i got
Decide on product you want. Its 40$.
Check/Wire Money from bank about 45$(in case of any fees or w/e) ->Dwolla(money is recieved in dwolla acount 3 days later)->you then take that 45$ and hit send on dwolla,it asks for "Begin typing to select who should receive the money from your list of contacts. Enter a name, phone number, Dwolla ID, or email address.
so then I put in my like mt gox. account number?(this is where i start to get confused)
But then also mt gox says to send fund to M****S*****
Account #000-000-0000
The "to add bit coins sens to this address _________(mix of numbers n letters)
So what do i put in the send area in Dwolla when mt gox gives all that info

Ok so once then it gets into Mt gox, i trade, or what? And use the account number in my SIlk road account?

Please add anything i left out, i just want to do it right and not mess up any money or cause any problems on my part, so ahead of time i appreciate anyones help! 8)Very Cool of you!
Thanks :)

Once it gets to Mtgox is shows up as USD.  Just click "buy bitcoins" and buy the amount your USD will cover.

Then you transfer them to the SR address, although I would recommend running them through a bitcoin wallet/tumbler first (i.e. generate a receiving address on a wallet, send to that, then from there send to SR).

Anyway, from there they are on SR and you can buy with them.
