I don't think you'll find any Ukrainian vendor here. SR is not THAT big yet hehe ::)

Try MarijuanaIsMyMuse or Holland,
their packaging is discreet and the quality of the weed is pretty good.
They've got a very good price too ;)

I am now shipping international, and while I haven't shipped to Ukraine yet I have gotten into most EU countries and Aus and NZ.
