Title: New Category - "Seller / Buyer Warnings" or something

Since people randomly choose the location about potential seller scams, or buyers, etc, I think it might be useful to have a separate category - A pretty obvious place that either new buyers/sellers could go, and/or more seasoned buyer/sellers to look for reviews/warnings of sales gone wrong.

Not sure if you'd want to separate out buyers from sellers for this, but obviously feedback alone is not warning, protecting people.

Is rumor mill not enough? That is talking smack area and I don't think we need to encourage trolls.

Yeah I think rumor mill covers that nicely.
