Title: Where the Hell did all my competition go??

Yesterday there were 260-something sellers on SR, today there are almost 100 less.

Is it not counting sellers in vacation mode or something?  Or did a bunch of inactive accounts get scrubbed? 

It's  a mystery!  I'm not complaining, because I'm now in top 30 sellers, but it really weirded me out when I logged on today.

There was an old strategy of making an account, doing 8 zero cost transactions for feedback, getting the (100) rating and topping the charts. The new rating system slows the straw vendor accounts from getting to the top so they are not as useful.

Wow, @Kind Bud, thanks for that explanation.  It's really good to see the vendors that are making SR a great place get to have their rightful places in the rankings.
