Hi folks,
Made a purchase from here a while ago and nothing has turned up. I have pm'ed the seller and got no response, and cant click resolve next to the order.
Can someone please help?!

If you hover your cursor over "Resolve" it should tell you how many days it will be before you can resolve.

There's like 25 day wait on resolve i think.
More info on the vendor might help speed up the process.
IS the vendor still listing products on the menu?
He might not even be using SR anymore.

If it is a vendor who is no longer active on SR contact SR directly and see if he can do something for you. Otherwise you will have to wait it out until resolve time is up.
As an aside, did you happen to order from Canada? If so, they might have shipped Canada Post and they have been on strike for a few weeks. Mail starts up again tomorrow so if you did, give it a few days and it might still get there.

Yeah, I've got one too, I'm sad to say...but he has such good rep, I'm gonna wait a bit: I pmed him, but he has a note posted, saying he's 'on vacation...' bummer, really, I hope not, as he seemed o.k....it happens tho, but had great experience with a couple other guys, which I posted on...we'll see...

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I ordered from Ivory from the uk and his profile says he is away for a month or so!
Gues I'll just wait till resolve button appears!

GreenCo always responds within 24 hours. If you do not get a reply then your message was somehow missed or Silk Road glitched out on sending.
