I wouldn't recommend doing this, unless you are sure the vendor is 100% legit and you aren't taking a large loss. Otherwise, if you are dealing with a scammer, you just perpetuate the problem and set up people down the line to get burned. If you use resolution, you establish a pattern that SR admin will be able to detect earlier and use to ban scammer accounts. At the very least write it in your feedback "item never arrived but small order, so auto-finalized to not harm buyer stats"
