Unless you explicitly paid for express shipping (<3 days), this does not warrant a dock on feedback, and even if you DID pay for express shipping, the only reason you should be docking feedback is if you couldn't work out some sort of refund to cover that aspect of the failed service (and mentioning that in your feedback or forum review).Seller - I know you were probably pissed off at this buyer, however in business all of your customers have you by the balls. That is what makes business so philanthropic in actual function versus "public" or "charity" actions. You reacted to this like a bonehead, spoke like a twelve year old child, and were extremely unprofessional. Your actions give SR vendors on the whole a little less class and customer service rep.You also threatened this buyer with the police. I don't actually believe that yet, since this is just a type up and I could easily type something up about anything at any time, which doesn't make it true. If you DID in fact make a threat like this, I recommend you be banned permanently from SR, and your account and outstanding assets on the site seized so it will be harder for you to come back and do it again. That is a no no. We are all here because we want to avoid the insane violence of the state, not wave the hammer over each others' heads.Buyer: If you can produce a screenshot of this conversation and send it over to the .onion uploader, please do now. I would also recommend messaging SR and notifying them that a vendor threatened to send your information to police over a low feedback. They will review the conversation and take appropriate action - vendor accounts have been shut down for this before. Until this happens I say everything on the OP is complete bullshit. Period.Seller: If this conversation turns out to be true, you really shouldn't be here anymore.....Has anyone sent a mod over to this thread yet so the allegations can be looked into?Sounds good to me. I posted another thread on the rating system and I am kind of confused, do we leave ratings for it getting here or for false advertising or what? It seems like the majority of people here feel that if it arrives it should be a five no matter what and that seems silly to me just because who is to know who has a higher quality of product and who isn't? At that point you're just going by a seller description and a picture. The general understanding, especially for something like cannabis, is that if you got the product safely and it was even decent that a 5/5. The local rating systems for cannabis are all over the map on a national or international scale. The stuff that I call "mid" up here in my area of Canada sells for higher than our AAA prices in most of the US (which creates a nice arbitrage opportunity for buyers in the states ;) ), and is regarded as at least AA+ in many areas of the states. My Jack Herer is considered a "low AAA" up here, but it's considered killer AAA in most places.I don't think a lot of buyers understand what it takes as a vendor to handle customers from all over the world making inquiries, trying to haggle, bulk order requests, custom order requests, constantly changing product lines and sourcing, packaging in a damned hazmat suit, etc. It's a second job, and a rigorous one at that. The best vendors bust our bags off to do a good job, and if you get the package and it's what you ordered (outside of the subjective good/bad, and aside from measurable claims like %purity with cocaine or what-not), it should be a 5/5. If you pay overnight or 2-day-express shipping on top of the item price and the vendor takes a week to get it to you, try to work out a refund on that before docking the feedback. If you get the refund, it's a 5/5 and you can note in your feedback "vendor was supposed to ship express, didn't - refunded extra fee so worked out" or something along those lines. The subjective issues like your perception of product quality should be reserved for the forums. If you think VendorX123's [product] sucks or isn't what was advertised, post up a thread in the Rumor Mill forum section. That's what it's for. You can get corroboration from other buyers (or be called out for b/s from the same) and see where the rest of your ilk are at.All I know is if a buyer under-rates me for what I deem to be a trivial reason, they get added to my "never-again" list and any vendor who inquires after them will not be hearing nice things. this is a two way street, and - outside of scammers or lazy bums - vendors work very hard to get you your product, and we still bear the heavy side of the sentencing if we are careless enough to leave prints or hair in a package and the violent parasites come after us.
