conditional acceptance is in line with SR's updated policy of allowing early-release for established sellers. I have very clear policies laid out in my profile page that buyers are instructed to read before they purchase - if they are below my minimum feedback threshold or have a history of refunds, they must release funds early. If a customer has issue with this they don't have to purchase. It's policy, it's laid out beforehand, and it's very clear.Conditional acceptance just saves me having to use the PM system to notify the buyer that they have to respond within 24 hours that they agree to the terms or I have to cancel the order. If I mark "conditional acceptance" and a buyer hasn't read my terms, he can message me to cancel the order. There's a reason I haven't been scammed since last August, and it's my feedback requirements and the fact I don't allow new buyers who have just joined the site to purchase the same way as someone who has 20 transactions under their belt and 0% refund rate - I want to reward those buyers who are sticking around and bringing quality to the community.
