I have a serious issue with a buyer. This is a copy of the message I just sent to SR admin. Not exactly sure what to do about this particular buyer, but if any seller out there has run across a similar situation/Modus Operandi, please share:"I have a buyer who has leveled accusations against me for "hacking his account" and stealing all of his bitcoins. He ordered my 1oz bc cyans, and about ten minutes after I happened to have marked the item "in transit" (I was on my way out the door to the post office), messages me and says "CANCEL DO NOT SHIP", claiming his receiving address was unsafe.I said okay, that's fine, if you want I can just hold off shipping and set the package aside and if you manage to send me new shipping information in a couple of days I will repackage and get it out the door. If not I will cancel the order for you.About an hour later, I notice that this order has been finalized. The BTC are sitting in my account, and the buyer then asks me to refund the money he just finalized and offers for me to keep 10% of it for the fact I had to package everything up (And I had stamps on the envelope which are a bit of a bitch to get off since they aren't lick-and-sticks anymore). I refunded him 95%, and said thanks for the few BTC for my time.Several hours later I get another message. This one says "Why did you send me 60 BTCs and withdraw them? and what happened to the 30 i had? send them back or i'm reporting you to the silk road admin."I'm at a loss. I responded to this guy with all of his transaction details and he somehow seems to think that I hacked his account and have taken all of his money. Please contact him and explain that this is not something possible by simply having a transaction with a seller, and that your buyer account login and password aren't magically transferred to a seller along with your BTC. It's the only negative feedback I have had in two or three months and I'm not particularly pleased to see something like this on my page.Anarcho47"Anybody run across an accusation or behavior similar to this?
